for dessert



During the rainy days, there's nothing like nice old-fashioned buko pie with a crumbly, buttery topping, moist, meaty filling and a crust with a good bite to warm someone up.

My family always gets the best from Elmer Quansing in Iloilo. Call him up at 0915-5629008 to get some of your own buko pie lovin' ;)
