There's some sort of coffee culture evolving in Iloilo, don't you think? Cafes are sprouting up almost everywhere. I particularly like the new Coffee Break at the edge of Smallville complex, and the General Luna branch as well. They have the friendliest baristas (always willing to give me more hot water for my tea) IN ILOILO (specified for my good friend and favorite barista Rey of Starbucks Corinthian Hills, who is THE friendliest barista of all!:P), yummy desserts and that warm coffee scent that just keeps the place gorgeous.
